WildStorm Rising issue 1 Story page 20 by Barry Windsor-Smith and Alex Bialy 1995

Barry Smith was doing beautiful work throughout his career and the 1990's were no exception. I must admit that this was a frustration buy as everything I really wanted went so high I pulled the trigger on this because it was cool and reasonable. Great for us collectors with deep galleries as our pieces have again gone up in value. On the inverse, bad for us collectors who are just fan-boys at heart and have priced ourselves out of our own hobby and are forced (ok that is extreme) to buy what we like and think will go up in value as opposed to just buying what we love. Rendered in ink over graphite and blue pencil on Bristol board, this key page from the first WildStorm crossover features a margin-busting image area of 11" x 17". It includes whiteout corrections, marginal notes, and minor handling wear, and is in Excellent condition.
