Pretty classic storyline of that year wrapping up the sad tale of Thunder and Lightning. Pollard and Tanghal bring emotional depth in the story where the bad guys had been long gone leaving tragic consequences. Pollard does a nice job filling in while Perez was doing the next issue having a crossover with Batman and the Outsiders.
