Description

Tom Lyle and Ricardo Villagrán Skywolf #2 Story Page 6 Original Art (Eclipse, 1988). Horrific jungle-war action distinguishes this sequence from Eclipse's ambitious revival of Golden Age characters from the historic Hillman Comics line. The setting is the Indochina War of the 1950s. Heroic aviator Skywolf and metal-headed Baron Von Tundra (a purportedly rehabilitated Nazi) follow a treacherous jungle path while attempting an unsteady truce. Signed by inker Villagrán. Ink over graphite on Bristol board, with an image area of 10" x 15". Excellent condition, barring a few marginal editorial notations.
