Fun tribute! I like he's carrying the briefcase. Maybe he's now a lawyer who can sell his licensing rights to Dark Horse and Titan away from Marvel.
This was done back 30+ years ago by an artist who may have worked for Marvel and possibly on the Conan series as well. Possibly Val Mayerik or Frank Brunner.
