Description

This 11x17 Iron Man commission by Bob Layton was arranged in advance of OAX 2025. I requested something inspired by the cover of Iron Man #119, and Bob absolutely delivered! The composition of the hero, jets, and clouds does an incredible job guiding the eye across the piece, while the vibrant colors make it really pop. I’m incredibly grateful to have this in my collection!

Layton puts an incredibe amount of shine to the armor as Iron Man eludes the Soviet fighters' missles. Great choices on the colors too as they dog fight over the Russian farmlands.
