This art piece measures 11 x 17 on Blue Line Comic bristol paper. Way back in 2004, I was in a collaberation to develop a native american superhero sci-fi comic book called THE SPIRITS & THE BEASTS. I'd collaberated/published a 2 issue comic book called BROTHERS IN ARMS with CHAD LEWIS (Writer/Co-Creator) & William "Bill" Renfro (Inker). This Sci-Fi superhero story was conceived after numerous talks about Marvel's Red Wolf... And the seemingly lack of stories of the character. Unfortunately this story did not take off and a few pieces of artwork were generated for the project.
This is a character sheet that I created for the Spirits & The Beast. The idea is that the Spirits are a legacy team with previous iterations of the characters. I forgot who the femal character is but the two different wolves (Past/Future) are duking it out. While the Beast naked is pronouncing he's hungry.
I did tag the artwork with "FRANKIE B WASHINGTON 2004". WILLIAM "BILL" RENFRO added his tag as well, since he was the inker.
