Description

Sandy Plunkett lives in Athens, Ohio.. Not the Athens, in Georgia.
Each October, this small rural college town stages a civic Street Festival, themed around "Halloween". And Sandy has been commissioned by the organizers (a number of times in the past) of these shows, to design t-shirts coinciding with the Event. This one, is an example from (I believe) 2004..
