It's unclear where this was originally published. Either Liwayway or Redondo Komiks (possibly even both). If anyone can verify where it actually appeared, please let me know. Anyway, vague margin notes aside, another lovely balcony scene by Redondo.

As detailed as artwork used on currency or in the bible. It takes a lot of dedication by Nestor Redondo to get this fully finished look and sustain it throughout.
