Very happy to add this ballpoint pen Kirby study by Jim to my collection! Drawn on a beautiful cream oak tag paper that unfortunately got a little washed out in my pictures but trust me it looks gorgeous in person.

It's so out there as Kirby's bold style would demand thick and chuncky inking while Rugg constrains himself by using a dense amount of pen lines to achieve the effect.

Its a great kirby pose, and Jim did it justice. Was hoping soeone would nab this.
