Perkins did some great pages that were without Batman. He made Bruce Wayne look different in diffent pages seemingly modelling him after different leading men in cinema each time.

Yeah,your right.I see a mix of Great Gatsby,Sherlock Holmes(mostly the Pipe),and Cary Grant in Perkins Bruce Wayne.
And since the point im owning the page ,i feel a desire to wear a similir two breasted suite like Bruce😅🤣.
