Description"HULK SMASH ROBOT!"Hulk doing what Hulk does best. I was absolutely thrilled when I realized I was the high bigger for this piece on Heritage at the beginning of year. As soon as I saw it previewed I knew I had to have it. I did figure it would end up out of reach but it seemed to fly under the radar, at a price I could swing without having my wife kick me out of the house. ;-) I met Tim for the first time in 1995 at SDCC. Hulk is my favorite character so it worked out perfect that I was able to add this stunning piece to my collection 30 years later. Miss you Tim. Social/Sharing |

You can still feel that smackdown on Iron Man echo through time! Well worthy to use a double pager for Sale to let the scene breathe as we pull back away with the second page.

Even after all these years you're still adding some great Sale pages! Great catch indeed.

You're right, considering what panel pages have been going for this full DPS seemed to be priced quite nicely! Congrats!!

I loved this miniseries of the early Hulk--the so-called Grey Hulk--in his earliest days. Beautifully illustrated by Tim Sale and cunningly written by Jeph Loeb. This fantastic DPS from that series is stunning. Especially to the original Iron Man. It's fun to see that even in those first days, Hulk was not hesitant to take down anyone who got in his way. Great pick-up, congrats!
