DescriptionHere's a terrific Leonardi page from Ann Nocenti's run on Daredevil, inked by Al Williamson, maybe the best inker for Leonardi, with the possible exception of Terry Austin. Again, gritty, seedy NYC alleys, the kinda stuff I love, and Leonardi is a master at depicting. Williamson really knows how to highlight Leonardi's pencilling skills, giving everything a wonderful texture. I had a letter published about 248, also by Leonardi, in 253, which I didn't discover until years later. Signed by Leonardi in Seattle, April 2006.Social/Sharing |

Cool to see more DD 249 art out there (I own another page). I totally agree on the Williamson inks comment.
