Chris Giarrusso recently did a series of covers for Marvel as an homage to the Marvel Index books of yesteryear. In one of those covers I noticed that he illustrated Paladin, a seldom-but-fun anti-hero/villain of Spider-man. Since I'm methodically going through my Spidey villain illustrations I took the opportunity to have Chris add to my collection while he was at the Cottonwood Comic and Art festival a few weeks back.

Often overlooked even though he played a big part of the McFarlane ASM Assassin Nation Plot storyarc. The costume broken down by Giarrusso isn't quite as intimidating.
