Description

Picked up this fun illustration of the Spider-man villain Tombstone during the spring Comic Art Live (CAL).

Artist is Alex Saviuk who I consider one of the ultimate illustrators of this character. I grew up reading the Web of Spider-man and Spectacular Spider-man comics where he and Sal drew killer (no pun intended) renditinos.

This checks off another character on my Spider-man villain checklist.

Nice grab! Tombstone is still very much int he picture in modern Spidey books with the recent Gang War storyarc and (spoiler)

he becomes the new Kingpin of Crime for all of New York.
