Great battle scene from issue 16 with the classic Monster fighting the powerful robot “Berserker” in Switzerland. The silver android was sent by the evil “Cardinal” and his criminal organisation ”I.C.O.N.”
In the back watches a shocked Veronica Frankenstein, who assured Victor Frankenstein’s ugly creation that her path to atonement of her namesake lies through aiding the Monster, and she will start by restoring his ability to speak. Mayerik was one of Marvel's best in rejuvinating their horror genre line. This battle is so cool as Frankenstein isn't the more imposing combatant.
