DescriptionI’m a huge fan of Grifter (and Guillem March). Seeing Grifter getting Batman dead to rights in that last panel is a great summary of the character and what he is capable of. March’s modern pastiche of Joe Kubert makes me really happy.Social/Sharing |

It's interesting how the panel arrangements make it feel like they're battling hand to hand in tight, closed quarters, even though they're actually outdoors!

The panel progression is what drives this DPS. Match has a great take on the Batman. Congrats!

very cinematic storytelling from panel to panel throughout during a great battle sequence, nice DPS!

This fight is rigged. After getting the back of your head slammed to the ground, you can't use that Travis Bickle gun contraption to beat Batman. I can't believe Batman is a jobber to make Grifter cooler. It's like making Batman the Intercontinental Champion during the 80's.

Not only a great action sequence, but also great storytelling! I love the invitation to the fight (dance) in the second panel. The whole fight is just a little foreplay to get the story going and the art makes the story even sexier!

Literally what the double page spread was created for! Love the mano y mano storytelling here! Congrats!
