Description

Storyboard art for Hanna Barbera cartoons is scarce, but the original storyboards for the animated bridges (the sequences that appeared in every show that tied together the actual cartoons, are very rare -- they only had to do a few bridges for each series, and each bridge could be done with only 3 or 4 storyboard pages. The three pages for this Huckleberry Hound bridge are not only unusually well drawn, but are the basis for what is the most memorable and most often used image of Huck, i.e., as the ring master for a circus of Hanna Barbera characters. The famous image of Huck on page 1 of these boards was used many times in Dell comic books based on the H&B characters.
