Love the Spirit name integrated in the art, that is Eisner. Nice tribute to Eisner.
Man, some lovely detail and color work.
A great commission by Moritat that would make Eisner proud! The femme fatale and the setting shows the big city crime busting noir genre from the 1930's.
Great piece, I always liked Jusin's work he did on The Spirit for DC Comics!
That cleverly captures so many features and motifs of the Spirit, in a real labour of love - the colour palette, the flowing water, the title in the stonework, and the distant city skyscrapers. A lovely piece.
