Stumbo Pg 1

Published in Hot Stuff #10, April 59, this story probably feels out of place with the rest of my collection which begs why did I get it.

Long ago, I read an article (probably TCJ when it was still print) which specifically talked about Stumbo. It went into great detail about how complex Stumbo stories are from an artistic standpoint. On one hand you have a giant and the other you have very small people and you have to fit them onto not only the same page, but often the same panel! The amount of thought which went into panels, little less pages, is astounding. Ever since that article, Stumbo has been on my list.

I've been watching and once I saw that there were practice sketches on the back of a couple of pages, I knew this story had to be mine.
