Rocksteady, April O'Neil & Bebop, "Green With Jealousy", Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (TMNT) animation cel

Here's to celebrating summer with a scan of this animation cel from the third season Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (Fred Wolf Films) episode "Green With Jealousy," which features Rocksteady, captive April O'Neil, and Bebop riding on the water in an inflatable boat. April is held captive by Rocksteady, who is under the influence of some crazy love potion that made him fall madly with love with the first woman he saw after exposure, unfortunately for April and her uncanny timing for getting into trouble. Bebop, ever the reliable wing-man, is doing whatever he can to help Rocksteady tie-the-knot with Miss O'Neil in unholy matrimony. But when times got tough (in the form of a missile heading toward their boat) Rocksteady thought only of his self-survival and made the first move to bail out of the boat and the marriage proposal, leaving April behind to be rescued by the Ninja Turtles!

I expect this package includes multiple painted acetate cels layered over each other and again over a background print. In this case, the the supplied watery background mostly matches the episode's original context. These cels were sold framed in mats and protective plastic sleeves at various toy and department stores throughout the early 1990s under the "Animation Art" label. This set was scanned inside the sealed plastic sleeve, so the image clarity suffers a bit. Also attached are two screencaps from the VUDU digital copy, showing the approximate cels in their final form around the 19-minute, 6-second mark.
