Description

i stood in line for Joel Gomez...not knowing who he was but i had nothing else going on at that time at sdcc 09. i was probably waiting for Darwyn Cooke. but Joel had a huge line!! he had drawn gears of war or something (i don't play much video games).
apparently it had sold a ton of copies.
cool!
when i showed him the book he was all about it and then said "I really like family guy!"
i didn't love it.
i didn't hate it.
it wasn't what i was expecting but it is cool though so i'm not going to be mad about a free sketch.
little did i know this sketch would lead me to getting one of my most prized sketches of all time b/c someone saw it and decided to up it........(see next drawing)
