Super Lois by Amy Reeder

Frank Quitely’s art on All Star Superman is as good as it gets. Clean, thoughtful, and full of great design choices. In one Silver Age-inspired turn, Lois gets powers for a day, and her own costume to go with it. It’s a fun detour in the middle of a bigger story, and the look is great.

Amy Reeder brought her own style to this commission and absolutely delivered. Great pose, great expression, and a perfect sense of movement. The background is simple and effective, and the whole piece has a confidence to it that really works.
