Description

[REDACTED] is a character from an experiment of a mini-comic I did with Alexa called Mission Twenty-Two.

I had the idea to do a simple five-page story that used only the panels in Wally Wood's famous 22 Panels That Always Work. The 22 panels are suggestions for handling those moments between action - the talky bits. I began by cutting up a copy of the panels and arranging them David Bowie/William S. Burroughs style until a story emerged.

From there, I wrote a script and engaged Ms. Gardner to do the art.

Yes, the box at the bottom is [REDACTED}'s name which, of course, has been redacted.
