'Moon Mullins' Kayo' sketch drawing by Frank Willard (5.5x3.19). It's a 1936 drawing of Kayo's head wearing a hat. Above the hat it says, 'If the picture of me looks a little wabbly Earl-It's because its drawed on the train' and below him it say, 'To Earl Barton with Best Wishes Willard'. Comes with the envelope it was mailed to a fan in.
