DescriptionBreyfogle's been one of the definitive Batman artists in my book. Dunno, just something exciting about his work. We met him at a Houston con back in October of 2002, and he was busily doing this very drawing. I asked him how much his sketches were, and he told me he could have one just like this for X dollars, and I said I really liked that and would indeed like one just like it. Luckily for me, he was just doing it as an example of his sketches, so he finished it up and let me buy it! It's got a lotta great shadows, a Gotham skyline, and the obligatory gargoyle. Not to mention that cool and menacing looking Dark Knight Detective. Love, love, love this piece! Pencil/markers on 8-1/2x11 drawing paper.Social/Sharing |
