Created by Mantlo and Giffen, but I always associate George with this character thanks to some amazing Deadly Hands artwork that he drew
(and frankly, isn't this the type of costume you would imagine George would create?)

Given how modern artists don't want to draw this character in full figure, the demand for a vintage Perez piece already done to perfection would be a quite high.
