Description

Stunning piece from the amazing Nir Levie celebrating Nightwing’s history as a circus performer with inspiration from Edgar Degas’ painting Miss La La at the Cirque Fernando. I was hoping a class Nir historical piece, and he really delivered! See smaller photo for Degas’ original work.

Thanks to Tatiana of TDArt for facilitating this one. This was an NYCC pre-show commission I placed waaaay back in July, and the only hard part was having to wait until NYCC rolled around in October to pick it up! :D

Edit: just noticed this. Expand the intricate sections on the wall behind him for some Easter eggs.

Nir bends and stretches the human anatomy using his stitched dash lines and gracefully wrapping the line around him for a 3D effect! The background is even more intricate for another level of depth!
