I had this arranged in 2021. Requested Romita jr draw Two Face for me. Romita jr has very loose pencils in my opinion. This is a little more detailed than I was expecting. I think it came out great. I still haven't decided if I wanna get this inked or not.

I think he does them loose as a favor to give his inkers more work at cons.  This is pretty cool raw as not many requests come up for DC characters!
