Tonight's the night we're gonna make it Falcon
Tonight we'll put Avenger's things aside
Give ink this time and show me transformation
We're goin' costume feathers in the line
I want to love you
Feel you
Sam wrap myself around you
I want to squeeze you
Please you
I just can't Gil enough
And if you move West Coast
I'll get Paco
I'm so excited
Cap I just can't hide it
I'm about to lose Marvel, Sam I think I like it
I'm so excited
Cap I just can't hide it
And Paco
Paco
I know
I know Paco
I want you
That's a wonderful homage. The corner figure recreations are the highlight for me.
Not familiar with Paco Diaz's work, but this is really well drawn. Very nice figure work and I like the idea of him changing from his old costume to his contemporary one while in motion. The inclusion of the corner box art is also a really nice added bonus!
It's Morphin' Time!
F.A.L.C.O.N.!
Nice idea, and yes - those corner box images are a real delight.
Sweet homage cover! I'm counting 9 Falcon images, but I guess that can be left to personal interpretation! ;)
Yes, 5+4=9!
Fabulous West Coast Avengers cover with Sam Wilson changing into his Captain America uniform while bad guys look on in fear! Excellent pencils and inks by Paco Diaz Great pick-up, congrats!
That's so beautiful!!!!!! Amazing Tribute with those very classic Cap and The Falcon drawings.
Spectacular cover, Miki! Wow - Paco pulled out all the stops here to make sure that his homage, um, outstripped the original. (sorry) Seriously, though, it does! Some fine linework (like the beard on the hood wearing the hat) and details (like all the small dots on the handle of the main hoodlum's gun grip) but it's the INCREDIBLE use of tones here that put this th8ng over the top. Sam's shield looks amazing, but Paco's work on Redwing is INSANELY -superb-. Also, the fact that he hand-drew the old Romita-style hero spotlights is a high-class move (and they look sensational)! Really, REALLY beautiful cover, Miki! What a score - congrats!
Sweet homage and an even sweeter piece of art in its own right! Killer subtle grey tone work. Congrats!
