Chris Achilleos - Dealer's War - Original Cover Art (Grenada Paperback, 1981)

A very striking early and original painting by famed fantasy artist, Chris Achilleos. Created for a Steve Wilson book cover in 1981, the same year Achilleos painted his famous Taarna poster for the Heavy Metal movie. It was also published in his artbook from 1988 by Paper Tiger publishing, Medusa. This in-your-face action piece almost jumps off the illustration board and is rendered in mixed media. Mat measures 20" x 17". Mat opening measures 15" x 13" and in Excellent condition.
