Harlan discovers who sent him the magic mirror:

“Ha ha ha!”

“Sonderling!”

“Yes, Sonderling, alias Sombre, alias Sinistrari. Do you like my gift? It's over two hundred years old but looks better than a plasma TV. Plus, its images don't lie. Here's another star of my special reality show… strictly live!”

“Kurjak!” (Who is being tortured by witches)

(Nik) “Break the mirror, Harlan!”

“No! Sonderling! Can you hear me? What do you want from me, you bastard?”

“You already know I want you, Dampyr. Let's make a deal and…” (But Nik smashes the mirror)

(Harlan) “No! Why did you break it? Kurjak and Tesla are in their hands! It was the only way to communicate, to…”

“It was the way to get screwed. We mustn't accept their moves, Harlan. Ever!”

(One of the spoks scouring Prague makes contact.) “Nik!”

“Bozena? Did you find something?”

“Perhaps, Nik.”

“Where are you?”

“I’m in Josefov.”

Josefov is the area of Prague in which Lady Druj ensnared Kurjak and Tesla in Sinistari's magical art gallery, so Bozena appears to be on the right track.
