Legion Worlds 5 - Steeple page 30 by Steve Dillon

This is a pretty moving end page. I love pages with these types of moments. Sacrificing your own desires for friendship. Friends like Val are in short supply.

I like the contrast of the neat, clean panel edges for the dialogue and story exposition, against the panel-less black hole depiction that spills and bleeds out to the edges and underneath. It makes it feel as though the dialgue is happening in a way that's almost sealed off from the chaos outside, in quiet solemnity. A moving page.

The Oracle told me I'd fall in love, and that the man I loved would be the One. So you see, . You can't be, because I love you. You hear me? I love you. Now, get up!

Gotta love a good end page!

Great way to depict the energy coming from the Black Hole in the top panel, nice end page!
