After the breakdown of deep range communication caused by the Great Rift Crisis, the United Planets rolled out TITANET- Titan Interstellar Telecommunication Access NETwork.
It is a system using the telepathic minds of the residents of Titan to send and relay real-time interstellar messages.
Important or wealthy individuals can have the services a telepath to relay private messages.
Vice President Wazzo is using her Alpha Trained Adept for conferences with representatives from other members of the United Planets.
Here, she is conferring with the representative from Colu. Colu is threatening to withdraw from the UP. And the Ambassador mentions that Xanthu may be the first of many.

I tele something must be wrong path my phone

Wow, I would never have guessed Rick Burchett drew this! It's just not the style I've ever known him for. But I like it, it's really interesting!

Legion story in the animated Batman style with cool tech! I enjoyed Rick Burchett's art on the Bruce Timm series comics. Beware the robotican threat!
