Usagi Yojimbo #1 Variant Cover with The Tick

The duo we didn't know we needed!

It was fun. I had to put a nod to Paul the Samurai in it. His status as a private eye from the Sean Wang era of The Tick comics featured prominently in my pitch for potential book.  

Love the Tick! Love Usagi! Just a great idea and beautifully done! The only thing that could have made it better was if a piece of the French bread was falling off with an action line to Usagi's blade.  

Thanks Duke! That's not a bad idea! Where were you when I needed you years ago!? (Just kidding around)

Thank you Jason! Talked to Stan about a Tick/Usagi crossover issue at SDCC the year this came out, but he said he was too busy at the time. Maybe one day!
