This is the 1st of 3 paintings for Slam Press Tomes' latest book, Grimm: Visions. There were 12 or so artists that contriuted to this book and we each chose a Brother's Grimm story. I chose Fitcher's Bird. Such a great story. Instead of painting 3 pages of comic panels, I chose to paint 3 pin ups of macguffin-type portraits. This is of the title character, Fitcher who reaches out and touches his victims.
