Every time I see a commission or comic page featuring Hugo Pratt’s seminal creation I think of adventure, the character inspires artists to create images that always seem to tell an entire story with a single illustration and it just supercharges my imagination.

Daniel White puts so much into his art. I love the seaside village he creates for the piece. You can imagine getting lost and having an amazing and probably way too dangerous adventure. Perfect for Corto Maltese.
