Outrageous visual style!  Is that a cylindrical, eyelash bedecked eyeball jutting out to the right of the Head on the left in the top panel?  And a word baloon in the shape of her lips?  The imagery tells the story pretty clearly and jibes with the whimsical dialog and captions despite how nutty it all is

Some great stylized grotesque style of underground comix storytelling to bring a bizzare feel that's often more celebrated today because it was so unique to the 90's.
