Here we are at the completed inking stage. If you'll note there is a bit of a distinction in the color used for the figures and the frame. That's because I used brown for the frame, which was initially accidental, but after thinking about it, I saw the sense in using brown lines for a gold frame. As to the patterns, I know it's not symmetrical but since this is a hand-carved frame there is allowance for some asymmetry. All in all, so far so good.
