Erik Larsen presents a richly detailed, dynamic finale in this energetic final page from "Sunday in the Park with Venom!", complete with a stunning mid-page panel that captures Spidey mid-swing. Pre-1991 Larsen originals are especially rare due to a house fire that destroyed much of his remaining artwork, making this piece highly coveted. Rendered in ink and screentone over graphite on Marvel Comics Bristol board with an image area of 10" x 15.25". Lightly toned, with whiteout corrections, a taped-on page number paste-up (Page 31 but Story Page 23), and smudging and handling wear. Signed by Erik Larsen in the lower margin. In Excellent condition.
