Two brutes going at it! Cockrum does a great job of representing Juggernaut's scale when compared to Colossus. Takes longer than I thought to get to Megacon.

The next best thing to having a published Cockrum X-cover.  I would even argue that it's probably just as good.  PLUS, it didn't cost anywhere near as much.  Congrats on a spectacular piece and have a safe trip.

You will be missed but I hope that you enjoy your well-deserved break. X-Men 102 is significant to British comics readers as it was the first of six issues that were not available from newsagents as normal and could be obtained from only specialist comics dealers, and because of this has always commanded a premium price as a back issue. This illustration is a fantastic throwback to the cover of that comic. 

That's a beauty, Marcus. Cockrum really makes Juggy look imposing when compared to an already large Colossus. Congrats!

Juggernaut towers over Colossus, and the framing of Juggernaut emphasises this, especially with an elbow just out of frame and Colussus arching his neck to see his foe. But Cockrum has Colossus cutting a stoic pose with feet firmly planted. Nice composition.

Now that's one badass Colossus vs. the Juggernaut piece by Cockrum, congrats!

This truly exhibits Cockrum's skill as an artist.  More importantly it shows his appreciation for the new X-Men.  The one minute later scene of this fight would an incredible sight to behold.  The refereee would be counting this down 1, 2, 3....

Cockrum was still at the top of his game here.  Great action shot of one of Dave's most enduring character creations.
