Paul Murry (1911–1989) was the defining artist of Super Goof, and he helped create the character in 1965. While Del Connell wrote the stories, Murry gave the character his iconic visual expression – from the red suit with the blue cape to the characteristic "super-peanuts"
Unfortunately most of Paul Murry's artwork has been destroyed (only about 350-400 of his original comic book pages have survived, 99% of these from the 1970-80). Only about 20 of his original covers are still around, just 3 of which feature Supergoof, maybe his most famous co-creations.
