The Unbelievable R-Men arrive via the Destructo-created dimensional rift.  Remarkably, Stretcho-Man and Elasto appear to have nearly-identical powers!  Unfortuately a hostile Dr. Destructo immediately lays down the gauntlet: there's only room for one super-team in these parts.  Last panel features the one and only appearance of Dr. Raulston himself in the pages of Gulf Coast Avengers, as he embarks on a long-winded scientific explanation of the situation....
