One of my favorite pieces by Petar! Was very lucky to snag this for a very fair price in a recent auction.  Absolutely love that I was able to add this to my collection.  Petar's artwork in person is truly inspiring !!

This piece, inspired by J. R. R. Tolkien's Lord Of the Rings trilogy, is published as a poster. The work depicts Petar Meseldžija's interpretation of a pinnacle moment of symbolism in the series: the rising of Sauron and the coming of the Shadow, represented by Meseldžija's Shadow Orcs, as it bounds into attacking the light.

Just fantastic lighting on these creatures!  They seem to get even more aggressive when a light is shone on them!
