My tribute to Wonder Woman battling the Cheetah in this classic early cover originally by Harry Peters (HG Peters) from August, 1943. Pencil, Pen, brush, ink and gouache on heavily aged 13” x 18” 4-ply illustration board with aged title stats (trade dressing).
As far as I’ve been able to research, the original cover for this comic book is believed to have been lost or destroyed.
Created by hand with methods as close as possible to how the original was made including using vintage supplies and tools whenever available. Aged board and reproduction stats with rubber cement staining, white out and production & editorial marks.
