Uncanny X-Force #10 (2013) Page 7: Psylocke (Betsy Braddock), Storm, Bishop, Puck

Psylocke leaps into action when the warehouse where X-Force is holing up is breached by a Revenant. Betsy holds her swords to the creature’s throat to subdue it, while Bishop implores the team to leave now that they have been found out. Puck is skeptical of Bishop's urgency, but the final panel hints that his confidence is misplaced...

This iteration of the team had a pretty unusual lineup, which might have contributed to the relatively short run of the series (only 17 issues). That said, it was nice seeing so many new or previously neglected interactions among the characters, and the run was enjoyable while it lasted. Ramon Perez has a more rough and abstract style than I normally gravitate towards, but I thought it worked great for this storyline in particular, which had strong horror and psychological disorientation vibes. I also love the movement in Bety’s leap and the ruthlessness in her sword guard (you can see in the second panel that the Revenant has already cut itself straining against her blade) in this page. A little hard to see in the image, but some of Ramon's erased pencils are still visible, so you can see how his vision for the page iterated as he worked. A very pleasing find!
