Psylocke (Betsy Braddock) and Wolverine (Logan) by Big Chris

My first ever original comic art!

I asked Chris for a drawing of Betsy and Logan in Madripoor from the "no team" era of Uncanny X-Men, which is one of my favorite periods. He absolutely delivered. I love how perfectly he used blues in the piece, it really gives a moody "Blade Runner"-style vibe that feels very appropriate for the location, while still achieving great color variation. And I think he did a fantastic job rendering Betsy and Logan in his own style, while making them feel very much like their period selves (Betsy's knife and hairstyle feel particularly of the time). Chris was also a pleasure to work with. A great piece, and a great start to what has slowly become a real hobby!

I also included the pencil sketch he sent me before doing the final version in marker, which I also love and think is a great piece in its own right.
