Wow, that's a nice one. A fully Kevin Nowlan cover banger! The background detail and work put in is just as impressive as the highly rendered 3 characters/figures. Congrats!
Be careful bro... James is trying to steal your "Banger" comment (see below)! And yes, I love the background and also Batman's cape nearly as much as I love the the renditions of the main characters.
Eh I'm not worried - no one can really trademark banger at this stage. It's used more interchangeably than it should TBH but in this case the piece really deserves it!

Street level crimebusters! It could be rought and gritty, but it's not Nowlan's style. This is crisp and stylish showing old Gotham with a shine and gleam to set the stage for what's in store within.
Kevin told me he was going to be hanging on to most of his published work from here on out, so this is a major score. This is Nowlan in peak form. Exquisite linework and gorgeous inks. Batman's cape alone is worth the price of admission. Color me jealous.
