From the Special 45th anniversay issue and the story "Luthor Unleashed!" reuniting the iconic "Swanderson" art team - this is the issue that introduced Luthor's new look with his Battle Armor which was designed by George Perez along with the new look Brainiac (although this page is from before that happens).  Check out that great second panel with full image of Superman in flight using his super-vision.  The rest of the page panels all feature large images of Luthor reeling from his battle with Superman.  You'll have a hard time locating a larger image of Luthor than the fifth panel.

Three of four corners of the page have been trimmed.  Small piece of tape on the left and top margins.  In the bottom margin the "continued on 2nd page following" words is a paste-on.  Use of blue pencil and white-out as part of the creative process.  First two panels have some light yellow residual.
