Fantastic Four: Into the Depths #1 page 4

Haven't posted a keeper in a minute. This is from the Infinity Comic Fantastic Four: Into the Depths with Mathew Groom. Infinity books are tricky, as I still work on paper and they're a vertical format. I think I began to solve the equation during this series by drawing pages that work as both normal 11x17 pages, and vertically for digital. It added a ton of work in the layout stage, but it made it fun for me. 

Speaking of extra work (but extra fun!), the format allowed to draw some panels as splash pages. Here's one of a riff on the cover of FF #1 with the team fighting Titano, with Mole Man thrown in there. I love Kirby Monsters, and the chance to draw one needed more space. Will always have fond memories of that summer as the FF movie came out as well, and I got to take my family to multiple viewings. My youngest was especially into it.
