Ghost in the Shell cel

Ghost in the Shell is one of the classic anime films that built the basis for all that has come since and still holds up as one of the best along side Akira and the Studio Ghibli creations.  I missed posting this one last year when I got it.  A key moment near the end of the movie featuring Major Matoko Kusanagi.  On a recent trip to Tokyo I was able to attend the Ghost in the Shell exhibition with animation and cels from all parts of the series.  It was cool to see a few other cels from this sequence make the cut for the show.  GITS cels are hard to come by and when they show up, they can be a bit pricey so I do consider myself fortunate to have 2.  The background is a digital print that needs to be resized to fit with the character but is from the correct scene in the movie.
